Replacement Policy

1. Replacement Request Timeframe

  • For Damaged Products:
      • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery.

  • For Non-Damaged Products:
    • If you wish to replace a product that is not damaged (for a different design or style), you must place your replacement request within 7 days of delivery.

2. Proof and Verification Process

  • Non-Damaged Exchanges:

    • When requesting a replacement for a product that is in perfect condition, you must provide a video proof showing that the product is original, unused, and undamaged.

    • Our team will review this evidence to verify the product’s condition.

  • Damaged/Defective Products:

    • Clear photographs And an unboxing video showcasing the damage or defect is required, along with your order details and proof of purchase.

3. Return Packaging and Documentation

  • Original Packaging:
      • All products must be returned in the original packaging along with all accompanying documents, such as the bill, warranty card, certificate, and any tags.

  • Repackaging Proof:
    • We require that you record a video  while repackaging the product in its original box. This is essential for our verification process.

4. Responsibility During Return Shipment

  • Packaging Safety:

    • Customers are responsible for packing the product safely for the return shipment. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit due to inadequate packaging.

    • If the product is damaged during return shipping due to improper packing, the replacement request will be rejected.

5. Price Adjustment for Replacements

  • Equal or Higher Value Items:
      • For replacements, the new product must be of equal or higher value than the original item.

      • If the replacement product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer in advance.

  • No Price Compensation:
        • There will be no refund of any delivery charges on the original order if a replacement for a non-damaged item is requested.

6. Return Delivery Logistics

  • Tracking Requirements:

    • In areas where return pick-up is not available, customers must ensure that the product is safely packed and ship it using a reliable courier service.

    • Please provide us with the tracking number once the return is dispatched.

7. General Conditions

  • No Multiple Replacements:
      • Once a product has been replaced, further replacement requests for that item will not be accepted.

  • Proof of Purchase:
    • Always include your order number or invoice with your replacement request.

  • Processing Time:
    • Replacement requests will be processed within 7–10 business days after our team verifies the evidence and confirms the product’s condition.

  • Customized Orders:
    • Customized or personalized orders are non-replaceable unless there is an error on our part (such as a manufacturing defect or incorrect customization). Please verify your design details before confirming the order.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Any disputes arising out of the replacement process will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nashik, Maharashtra.

  •  Proof of Purchase: Always include your invoice or order number when requesting a return, refund, or replacement.

  • Processing Time: Refunds and replacements will be processed within 7-10 business days after our team completes their verification.

  • Force Majeure: We shall not be held responsible for delays or issues resulting from unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, system failures, or circumstances beyond our control).
