We at Prasad Alankar are committed to ensuring a smooth and secure shopping experience for our customers. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Eligibility:
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

  • Proof Required:
    You must share a clear unboxing video showing the issue along with your invoice or order number (proof of purchase). Without this, no refund or replacement will be processed.

  • Approval Process:
    Our team will verify the submitted proof. Once approved, your refund or replacement will be initiated.

  • Refund Method:
    Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during the purchase. Processing time is 7–10 working days after approval.

2. Non-Damaged Product Returns

We allow returns for products that are not damaged, but with certain terms:

    • Return Charges:
      In such cases, you will bear both the initial delivery charges (ex., ₹60–₹80) and return shipping charges (Ex., ₹90–₹180). These charges will be deducted from the refund.

    • Condition Requirements:
      The product must be:

      • Unused

      • In original condition

      • With all packaging, tags, boxes, certificates, and accessories intact.

    • Repackaging Proof:
      You must share a video while repacking the product in the same box and wrapping. This helps ensure the return is valid.

    • Refund Deductions:
      Your refund will be reduced by:

      • To & Fro Delivery Charges

      • Applicable taxes, payment gateway, or platform fees.

    • Approval Process:
      Refunds will be issued only after our quality check team approves that the product is unused and in resalable condition.

      • If the returned product is found used, worn, or damaged, no refund will be given.

3. General Guidelines & Notes

  • Time Limit for Returns:
    You must raise any refund or return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Return Method:
    Return pick-up may not be available in all areas. In such cases, the customer must ship the product to us and share the tracking details.

  • Packaging Responsibility:
    We are not liable for items damaged in return transit. Pack the item safely and securely with the same protective materials.

  • Replacement Products:
    If you opt for a replacement, it must be of equal or higher value. Price difference (if any) must be paid in advance.

  • No Replacement of Replaced Items:
    Once a product is replaced, it cannot be returned or replaced again

4. Legal & Location-Specific Notes (Maharashtra, India)

  • Our business is based in Nashik, Maharashtra, and all disputes are subject to Nashik jurisdiction.
  • Taxes such as GST are applied as per Indian laws and will not be refunded unless mandated by law.
